Bio: Robin Hensley, President, Raising the Bar

Robin Hensley
Robin M. Hensley, business development coach, is President of Raising the Bar and author of the recently published Raising the Bar: Legendary Rainmakers Share Their Business Development Secrets.

Robin Hensley has built a legacy of success in the business community. She now serves as a business development coach, assisting individuals in achieving their professional goals and objectives. She specializes in coaching attorneys and CPAs, who are at the top of their game, in order to maximize their rainmaking skills. Her record of involvement in numerous community organizations demonstrates Robin's strong commitment to people and their development.

Robin served on the board of directors of Northside Hospital. She also serves on the board of directors of Superior Uniform Group, listed on NASDAQ, where she chairs the audit committee.

An honors graduate in Accounting from Georgia State University, Robin received the Georgia State University School of Accounting's "Distinguished Alumnus" award. She was on the audit and consulting staff with Ernst & Young for five years and with the Atlanta law firms of Kilpatrick Stockton and Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers in both marketing and business development roles for more than six years. She writes for many publications, including those published by the American Bar Association and Atlanta Bar Association.

Her honors include The Atlanta Legal Aid Society advisory board of directors, Leadership Atlanta alumnae, honorary lifetime board member of the Metro Atlanta Chapter of the American Cancer Society, Business Atlanta "Top 40 under 40", and Atlanta Business Chronicle "Top 20 Self-made Women of Atlanta". Robin's work as a business development coach has been featured in numerous publications, including the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She is Exclusive Executive Coach for Atlanta's Business to Business magazine.
