Robin Hensley, The Business Development Coach for World Class Rainmakers, is founder and president of Raising the Bar. Named as one of The National Law Journal's 2013 Best Of for Law Firm Business Development & Coaching and voted Top Business Development Coach by Atlanta's legal community in the Daily Report's Best of 2013 and 2012, Ms. Hensley specializes in coaching managing partners, team leaders, super rainmakers and other key law and accounting firm profitability leaders. She is author of the book, Raising the Bar: Legendary Rainmakers Share Their Business Development Secrets, as well as numerous eBooks, articles and publications. Ms. Hensley held business development and marketing positions with the Atlanta law firms Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP and she was also a CPA with Ernst & Young. She currently serves on the board of directors of Superior Uniform Group, listed on NASDAQ, where she has chaired the audit committee for more than 10 years.
